At drewPIC, accessible from drewpic app, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by drewPIC and how we use it.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our app with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in drewPIC. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this app.

Data we collect

Registration:
To create an account you need to provide data including your name, email address, country, and/or mobile number, IP address, and a password.

How we use your data

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

Provide, operate, and maintain our website
Improve, personalize, and expand our website
Understand and analyze how you use our website
Develop new products, services, features, and functionality within our app
Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the website, and for marketing and promotional purposes

Log Files

drewPIC follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and are a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Closure of Your Account and the Deletion of Your Personal data

drewPIC gives you the ability to delete your data from our servers. Follow these steps inside the drewPIC app:

1. Login to drewPIC app
2. Within the app click on "Passwords & Accounts"
3. and go to the "deactivate account"
4. You will be asked to enter your "Password"
5. After you successfully enter your password your account will be deleted

Note:

Once your account has been closed, all of your data will be removed from our servers (usernames, emails, accounts, messages, videos, etc.).
It can take up to 15 business days for the data deletion to complete
Once your account is closed, it will no longer be accessible to you and it cannot be restored.
drewPIC doesn't share any data with 3rd party servers. All data is stored only on drewPIC servers and all your data cannot be restored once the data is deleted.
If you decide later you want to create an account again, you'll need to create a new account. (note: your username once deleted will be available for others to use)

Change or Correct Data: You can edit some of your personal data through your account. You can also ask us to change, update or fix your data in certain cases, particularly if it’s inaccurate.

TRUEDEPTH API TECHNOLOGIES

drewPIC application (iOS) utilizes the iPhone's TrueDepth camera framework (if accessible on gadget) to follow the development of a user's looks: adding face paint, makeup, caps, and more to the client's appearance on record. For everything to fall into place, the application expects admittance to the client's device camera. The main utilization of this data is to follow the client's head and face with the goal that the client have some control over the AR experience and the selfie channels by moving their gadget, their head, and face. drewPIC does not share or use any Third-party ad servers or ad networks like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons in their respective advertisements any links that appear on drewPIC are sent directly to users browser. These links may automatically receive your IP address when this occurs upon leaving the drewPIC app.

Note: drewPIC has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers once you leave the drewPIC app.

Third Party Privacy Policies

drewPIC's Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

drewPIC does not store cookies. To know more detailed information about cookie management with specific web browsers, it can be found at the browsers' respective websites.

CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:
